Member Services: Leader: TBA
Purpose: To provide 100% congregational support. Hebrews 10:24-25 (KJV)- “And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” Member services shall be the oversight for the Member Retention plan in compliance to “No Member Left Behind”.
Why is Retention Important?
+ Strong retention provides continuity.
+ Retention provides for the development leaders.
+A strong membership base allows our Church to meet the service demands of our community.
Mission:
Our Membership Retention plan is in adherence to our church philosophy. Bethlehem Baptist Church is to evangelize to our community and disciple men, women, and children by establishing genuine relationships, energetic worship, and a festive environment, all in the spirit of excellence. A participatory approach to ministry is used to create an ‘Everybody is Somebody” attitude, so each member supports one another while going a dimension higher.”
